The house is 270 m²,  has two floors, and a 73 m² roof terrace. On the first floor is a 51 m² living area, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to private balconies, the other two have a shared balcony accessible from the corridor.  Direct access from the second floor to the roof terrace is by an indoor staircase.  Technical equipment is in a small space added to the north side of the house
