Walls are insulated with 15 cm rock wool.  The roof and ground floor are insulated with 250 cm rock wool.

Walls are clad with carbon free white durable cladding.

Floors and verandas are clad with endurable nonskid material with simulated wood finish.

The interior walls are sound insulated with 7 cm rock wool.

The interiors and cupboards are of high quality, European standard. Tabletops are made of granite or marble.

The houses can be powered by solar panels and windmills, depending on where they will be located.

They can be heated and cooled with heat exchangers powered by solar panels and / or windmills.

They can have on-site sewage plants, one for every 8 to 10 houses.

These small refining stations clean the sewage so it is technically drinkable, and can be used for washing the car, watering the garden and to flush the toilets.

The houses can be delivered with extras, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and a roofed car port.
